All current permanent public sector employees who have been in public sector
employment for a minimum of 12 months
Current permanent private sector employees who have been in service for at least 24
months
You must not be under notice of termination of employment or redundancy.
The applicant must not have reached the general mandatory retiring age of 60 or 65
in the case of judges of the High Court and 70 years for judges in the Appeals and
Supreme Courts.
Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years left in active service
Joint applications will be accepted in the form of husband and wife, civil partners,
parent and child, couples living together or intending to live together
Residency status. You must live in Ghana. You may be asked to provide evidence
that you have adequate right to reside in Ghana.

Completed Application form
Proof of identification.
Proof of pension
Recent 6 months salary slip /pay stubs showing all deductions
Introduction letter from employer in the case of private sector workers
Personal Reference Form.
Proof of Relationship in the case of joint application (such as a marriage certificate)
Letter of Confirmation or Certification of Employment from your employers.
Applicant’s salary must pass through a Partner Bank.
Outstanding Debts - You must not have any debt to any third party which was
secured on a previous home. You may also not have any debt owed to any regulated
lender in Ghana (that includes quick loans you take on your phone)
Previous Debt Relationships - You must have concluded any settlement
arrangements from all previous relationships
